Excon OS provides:

Excon OS is not a party to any contract between:
- Contractor and client
- Developer and client
3. INFORMATION PROVIDED
Information may include:
- Project updates
- Reports
- Images
- Financial summaries
- Documents
This information is provided by the subscribing user.
4. NO RELIANCE
Clients acknowledge:
- Excon OS does not verify information accuracy
- Information should not be solely relied upon
- Independent verification is required
5. COMMUNICATIONS
Clients may:
- Receive notifications
- View updates
- Upload documents
All communications remain between client and the subscribing user.
6. DATA USE
Client data:
- Is controlled by the subscribing user
- Is not shared externally without consent
7. LIABILITY
Excon OS is not responsible for:
- Project outcomes
- Financial decisions
- Contractual disputes
- Errors in information
8. ACCESS
Access may be:
- Granted or removed by the subscribing user
- Limited at any time
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
