- A connection platform between users and suppliers
Excon OS does not act as a contractor, agent or reseller unless explicitly stated.
4. SUPPLIER LISTINGS
Suppliers may:

- Provide pricing and specifications
- Promote offerings within the platform
Excon OS may:
- Approve or reject listings
- Modify visibility or ranking
- Remove content at its discretion
5. PROMOTED LISTINGS & FEES
Suppliers may pay for:
- Featured listings
- Priority placement
- Sponsored exposure
- Advertising campaigns
Excon OS controls:
- Placement ranking
- Pricing
- Visibility rules
No guarantee of sales is provided.
6. USER INTERACTIONS
All transactions between users and suppliers:
- Are conducted at their own risk
- Are independent of Excon OS
Excon OS is not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Service delivery
- Contract disputes
7. COMMUNICATIONS
Platform messaging may be used for:
- Enquiries
- Document sharing
- Requests for pricing
Suppliers must not:
- Mislead users
- Misrepresent services
8. DATA USAGE
Suppliers must:
- Only use data for legitimate purposes
- Not misuse client or project information
- Not extract platform data
9. TERMINATION
Excon OS may suspend or remove suppliers for:
- Misconduct

Excon OS is not liable for:
